Sensors, Encoders, Detection & Measurement
for Industrial laundry
Your Drum Must Deliver Reliable Measurements Throughout Every Cycle
Industrial washing machines rely on precise drum speed measurement to control every phase of the wash cycle. Inaccurate measurements can affect washing performance and make fault diagnosis more complex.
Maintaining this level of precision is particularly challenging in laundry environments, where constant exposure to moisture accelerates sensor wear and reduces long-term reliability.

Our Measurement and Detection Technologies
Magnetic Encoder Rings
We develop and manufacture encoder rings composed of a metal insert and an elastomer loaded with magnetic particles. Combined with a sensing probe, they provide speed and position data from the drum shaft.
Their excellent bonding performance and measurement accuracy make them suitable for both industrial and high-speed applications.
Absolute Inductive Sensors
Our technology is based on eddy current principles, making it inherently immune to low-frequency stray magnetic fields.
In washing machines where motors and control electronics operate together in humid environments, this immunity prevents measurement drift that can be difficult to diagnose and correct.
The sensor also provides an absolute position signal immediately upon power-up, without requiring a reference movement. This eliminates initialization sequences and enables faster system restart after shutdown or maintenance.
