Nonius magnetic encoder
Hutchinson Vernier magnet rings provide absolute position measurements with very high resolution in a compact and robust design, enabling robotic and automated systems to maintain maximum accuracy even in the most demanding industrial environments.
Combining a magnetic elastomer with a metal insert, they deliver high performance in a compact format. Their dual-track magnetic design, incorporating a main track and a Vernier track, enables angular accuracy of up to ±0.02°.
Thanks to their excellent resistance to mechanical stress and harsh environments, they guarantee stable and accurate measurement over the long term.
