Metal-Rubber Bonded Seals
These seals address one of the most vulnerable points in any enclosure exposed to moisture: sealing beneath screw heads and threaded connections. Our design combines a rectangular-section metal ring with a bonded and vulcanized trapezoidal rubber element, complemented by a thin positioning membrane that ensures accurate centering during assembly.
This architecture delivers simultaneous resistance to pressure and vibration, making it particularly well suited to the demanding operating conditions of heavily used fitness equipment.
