Magnetic Rings
We develop and manufacture magnetic rings consisting of a metal carrier bonded to an elastomer loaded with magnetic particles. When paired with a sensor probe, they provide precise speed or position data from your vehicle's rotating shaft. Their robust bonding and measurement accuracy make them suitable for both industrial and high-speed applications.
Absolute Inductive Sensors
Our technology is based on eddy currents, making it inherently immune to low-frequency magnetic interference. In vehicles where the engine and onboard electronics operate in close proximity within a compact space, this immunity prevents measurement drift that can be difficult to detect and troubleshoot.
In addition, the sensor provides an absolute position signal immediately upon power-up, without requiring a reference movement beforehand. This eliminates the need for an initialization sequence every time the vehicle is restarted.
