Power Assistance Must Engage Instantly
Your e-bike must accurately measure crank rotation speed to deliver power assistance at exactly the right moment. Inaccurate measurements can cause delayed assistance engagement or exceed the regulatory 25 km/h speed limit, compromising both the riding experience and product compliance. At the same time, the limited space available within the drivetrain places significant integration constraints on sensing technologies.

Our Measurement and Detection Technologies
Magnetic Rings
We develop and manufacture magnetic rings that combine a metal carrier with an elastomer loaded with magnetic particles. When paired with a sensor probe, they provide precise speed or position data from your e-bike's crankshaft. Their robust bonding and measurement accuracy make them suitable for both industrial and high-speed applications.
Vernier Magnetic Ring for Compact Actuators
We designed this solution specifically for compact actuators used in micromobility and cycling applications, where installation space is extremely limited. The technology is based on two magnetic tracks whose calculated offset provides an absolute position signal immediately after power-up.
This level of precision is particularly valuable on e-bikes, where power assistance must engage seamlessly and without any perceptible delay for the rider.
