for Civilian Marine
Your Rudder Must Deliver Reliable Position Feedback in All Conditions
Your vessel relies on accurate monitoring of both propeller shaft speed and rudder position. Even a small measurement error can cause the vessel to drift several degrees off course without being detected from the bridge, making manoeuvring more challenging in demanding operating conditions.

Our Measurement and Detection Technologies
Magnetic Rings
We develop and manufacture rings combining a metallic carrier with an elastomer loaded with magnetic particles.
When used with a sensor probe, they provide precise speed and position feedback directly from your vessel's propeller shaft. Their strong adhesion and measurement accuracy make them suitable for both conventional industrial applications and high-speed rotational systems.
Absolute Inductive Sensors
Our technology is based on eddy-current principles, providing inherent immunity to low-frequency parasitic magnetic fields.
On vessels where high-power engines and generators operate alongside navigation electronics, this immunity helps prevent measurement drift that can be difficult to diagnose at sea.
The sensor also delivers an absolute position value immediately upon power-up, without requiring a reference movement or homing sequence. This capability is particularly valuable for restoring accurate rudder position information following a power interruption.
