Screening Performance Depends on Precise Frequency Control
A crusher must continuously monitor the rotational speed of its main shaft to regulate feed rates and maintain consistent performance. Similarly, a vibrating screen must accurately control its oscillation frequency, as a variation of just a few hertz can significantly affect screening quality and particle separation efficiency.
In both applications, mineral dust is constantly present and can infiltrate sensing systems. If sensors are not specifically designed for these harsh environments, contamination can gradually compromise measurement accuracy and process reliability.

Our Sensing and Measurement Technologies
Magnetic Rings
We develop and manufacture magnetic rings consisting of a metal carrier bonded to an elastomer compound loaded with magnetic particles. Used in conjunction with a sensor probe, they provide accurate speed and position information for crusher shafts, conveyor drive rollers, and other rotating components.
Their durability, bonding performance, and measurement precision make them suitable for both industrial equipment and high-speed applications.
Absolute Inductive Sensors
Our technology is based on eddy-current principles, providing inherent immunity to low-frequency electromagnetic interference.
In processing installations, where high-power motors often operate in close proximity to control electronics, this resistance to stray magnetic fields prevents measurement drift that can be difficult to identify and troubleshoot.
In addition, the sensor provides an absolute position signal immediately upon power-up, with no need for reference movement or homing procedures. This eliminates initialization sequences after power interruptions, helping to improve equipment availability and operational efficiency.
