Blade Positioning Demands Degree-Level Accuracy

A bulldozer continuously adjusts the angle and height of its blade to achieve precise grading results. Likewise, a compactor must accurately monitor the rotational speed of its eccentric drum to maintain the required vibration frequency. In both applications, dust infiltrates sensing systems, while repeated shock loads can gradually affect sensor alignment, leading to measurement drift over time.

Our Sensing and Measurement Technologies

Magnetic Rings

We develop and manufacture magnetic rings combining a metal carrier with an elastomer compound loaded with magnetic particles. Paired with a sensor probe, they provide precise speed and position data for critical equipment functions, from blade control cylinders to compactor drums.

Their durability, bond strength, and measurement accuracy make them suitable for both industrial applications and high-speed operating environments.

Absolute Inductive Sensors

Our technology is based on eddy-current principles, ensuring immunity to low-frequency electromagnetic interference.

On construction equipment, where hydraulic motors and power cables often operate in close proximity to sensing devices, this immunity prevents measurement drift that can be difficult to diagnose in the field.

In addition, the sensor delivers an absolute position signal immediately upon power-up, without requiring any reference movement or homing sequence. This eliminates initialization procedures after every machine restart, improving both operational efficiency and equipment availability.
