A Mispositioned Bucket Costs Time and Fuel
Operators constantly adjust the position of the boom and bucket, often without direct visibility of the exact point of contact with the ground. They rely entirely on the machine’s sensing systems to determine the bucket’s actual position. Inaccurate measurements lead to additional passes, increasing fuel consumption and extending operating time on projects where productivity directly impacts profitability. Constant exposure to mud, debris, and heavy impacts also makes it challenging to maintain long-term measurement accuracy.

Our Measurement and Sensing Technologies
Magnetic Rings
We develop and manufacture magnetic rings combining a metal carrier with an elastomer compound embedded with magnetic particles. Paired with a sensor probe, they provide precise speed and position data for rotating shafts throughout your equipment, whether monitoring a boom articulation point or a slew drive axis.
Their durability, bond strength, and measurement accuracy make them suitable for both industrial applications and high-speed operating environments.
Absolute Inductive Sensors
Our technology is based on eddy current principles, ensuring immunity to low-frequency stray magnetic fields. On construction equipment, where hydraulic motors and power cables often operate only a few centimeters from the sensor, this resistance to electromagnetic interference prevents measurement drift that can be difficult to identify and resolve in the field.
In addition, the sensor delivers an absolute position signal immediately upon power-up, without requiring any reference movement or homing sequence. This eliminates initialization procedures after every machine restart, improving operational efficiency and system availability.
