Precision sealing
for Agriculture & Forestry Vehicles
Equipment Designed to Perform Season After Season
Dust, moisture, and harsh operating conditions place continuous stress on agricultural and off-highway vehicles. Yet equipment must remain fully operational throughout critical working periods, where even a single day of downtime can have significant consequences. Effective sealing protects the mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems that directly impact machine availability and reliability.

Our Sealing Solutions
Material Selection Comes First
Material choice is the foundation of sealing performance and influences every subsequent design decision. We use high-performance materials such as NBR and EPDM, complemented by AEM and HNBR compounds for applications exposed to oils, fuels, or air-conditioning systems.
Within a single tractor, several elastomer families may be used simultaneously, each selected according to the specific operating conditions of the area concerned.
Static Sealing
Static sealing solutions address fixed interfaces, which represent the majority of sealing applications across agricultural vehicles. O-rings remain the most widely used solution, providing reliable and cost-effective sealing performance.
They can be complemented by bonded seals for threaded connections, specifically designed to withstand both tightening forces and system pressure.
We also manufacture rectangular-section flange gaskets and overmolded gaskets. These bi-material components combine elastomer sealing elements with a rigid carrier, providing effective sealing solutions for complex geometries.
Dynamic Sealing
Dynamic sealing presents a different challenge, as the sealing lip operates under continuous friction. Our rotary shaft seals are available in a wide range of designs and material combinations, allowing us to match sealing performance to your specific rotational speeds and pressure requirements.
Diaphragms complement this portfolio by transferring pressure between two chambers while preventing contamination ingress. When operating conditions demand enhanced durability, they can be reinforced with textile or metal inserts to ensure long-term performance.
