Magnetic Encoder Rings
We develop and manufacture encoder rings composed of a metal insert and an elastomer compound loaded with magnetic particles. Combined with a sensing probe, they provide precise speed and position information from the motor shaft.
Their excellent bonding performance and measurement accuracy make them equally suitable for industrial and high-speed applications.
Absolute Inductive Sensors
Our technology is based on eddy current principles, making it inherently immune to low-frequency stray magnetic fields.
In household appliances, where control electronics and motors operate in close proximity within a compact space, this immunity prevents measurement drift that can be difficult to identify and diagnose.
The sensor also delivers an absolute position signal immediately upon power-up, without requiring a reference movement. This eliminates initialization routines and enables faster, more reliable system start-up after every restart.
