Steel idlers

Our idlers are designed to meet the requirements of demanding applications, particularly those requiring a small wrap diameter. They have been tested and validated for use with various tensioning systems, including hydraulic tensioners, ON/OFF idlers, and standard idlers.

We offer a wide range of high-performance idlers, available in smooth or grooved, standard or eccentric versions, with one or more rows of ball bearings, to meet a variety of application requirements.

Our smooth or grooved steel idlers are suitable for Poly V and Flexonic® belts, with a K profile of up to 12 ribs.
