On/Off Idlers

The ON/OFF idler is a tensioning system specifically developed for Flexonic® belts, designed for multi-axis applications. It consists of a steel idler with a double-row ball bearing, mounted on an eccentric steel or forged aluminum plate. Its dimensions can be customized to meet the requirements of each application.

The “Over Toggling” system, available as an option, enables secure installation after toggling. This patented solution ensures quick and easy assembly, while providing the appropriate belt tension adjustment.

The combination of the ON/OFF idler and Flexonic® belt optimizes the drive system and helps reduce the cost of the engine front-end drive.
