Flexonic® + On/Off Idler

The solution combining the Flexonic® belt and the On/Off idler provides an optimized power transmission system for multi-axis applications.

The Flexonic®, an elastic power transmission belt longitudinally ribbed, is custom-designed for each application by our technical teams. It can be installed on a fixed center distance thanks to its elastic polyamide cord, providing reliable and high-quality power transmission while reducing costs.

Specifically developed for Flexonic® belts, the On/Off idler is mounted on an eccentric steel or forged aluminum plate and can be customized to meet the requirements of each application. The patented “Over Toggling” system ensures secure positioning after toggling, enabling quick and easy installation as well as precise belt tension adjustment.

The combination of these two solutions optimizes the drive system, simplifies assembly and reduces front-end engine costs.
