Power Transmission
for Material handling & logistics
Every Drive Roller You Eliminate Reduces the Cost of Your Conveyor Line
Your roller conveyor must operate quietly in warehouse environments where employees work alongside automated systems. Any belt slippage or uncontrolled vibration can bring the line to a halt until a technician intervenes, resulting in costly downtime across your logistics operation. The number of powered rollers required also has a direct impact on the overall cost of the installation.

Our Conveyor Drive Solutions
Elastic Belt for Roller Conveyors
This belt transmits power from the drive roller to the driven rollers through its elastic properties and lateral guidance system, which prevents belt derailment and slippage.
By absorbing shocks and vibrations generated by the rollers, it significantly reduces noise levels, enabling conveyor systems to operate around the clock with near-silent performance.
The belt also withstands temperatures ranging from -30°C to +80°C and supports conveyor speeds of up to 3 m/s.
Sizing Solutions for Light and Heavy Loads
We offer this technology in two configurations: one designed for light-duty applications, delivering significantly higher efficiency than conventional polyurethane round belts, and another designed for heavy-duty applications handling loads of up to 2 tonnes as an alternative to chain-driven systems.
In light-load applications, a single motor can drive up to 50 rollers, reducing the cost of each conveyor module by at least 30%. To simplify system design, we provide dedicated sizing software that determines the optimal belt specification in seconds for straight, curved, or pallet conveyor systems.
