Poly V Reloaded®
The Poly V Reloaded® is a longitudinally ribbed power transmission belt. It transmits torque through the contact between the belt rib flanks and the pulley grooves, ensuring efficient and reliable power transmission.
The Poly V Reloaded® can transmit up to 40% more power than a standard Poly V belt of the same width. This performance makes it possible to reduce the width of the belt and pulleys by at least 25%, providing a more compact solution while maintaining a high level of performance.
Our Poly V Reloaded® belts are available in three profiles: PJ, PK and PL.

Structure
The rib are molded and ensure pulley engagement through the contact pressure exerted within the grooves. Their design guarantees efficient and reliable power transmission.
The rib surface is made of flocked cotton fibers, providing excellent dimensional stability and good abrasion resistance. This coating also contributes to the belt’s durability under demanding operating conditions.
The cord is the structural component of the belt. It consists of a new premium-quality reinforced polyester tensile cord, offering low elongation and a solvent-free coating.
