A Hydraulic Leak Inside a Shaft Is Not Immediately Visible
Hydraulic cylinders and lubrication circuits operate within enclosed spaces that are often difficult to access and rarely inspected between maintenance visits. A slow leak can therefore go unnoticed until it reaches a critical level.
The issue goes beyond fluid loss alone. Hydraulic oil released inside an elevator shaft also creates safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns that can quickly become costly.

Our Sealing Solutions
O-Rings
O-rings address the majority of static sealing requirements, from hydraulic power unit connections to gearbox housings. Their circular design minimizes assembly errors, while the progressive compression of the sealing section ensures reliable sealing performance.
We offer a broad portfolio of elastomer materials, enabling the same sealing geometry to be used across a wide range of fluids and operating environments.
Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Seals
These seals are designed for one of the most critical areas of any hydraulic system: sealing beneath bolt heads and within threaded connections.
Our design combines a rectangular-section metal washer with a bonded, vulcanized trapezoidal rubber sealing element. A thin positioning membrane ensures accurate centering during assembly.
This construction provides simultaneous resistance to pressure and vibration, making it particularly well suited to equipment that operates through hundreds of cycles every day.
Failure Analysis and Engineering Support
Support extends beyond the component itself.
Our specialists perform aging tests and failure analyses on parts taken directly from your installations. This approach enables you to identify the root cause of a failure rather than repeatedly replacing the same reference and facing recurring issues.
By understanding why a component failed, you can implement corrective actions that improve reliability and extend service life across the entire system.
