Metal-Bonded Sealing Washers
Metal-bonded sealing washers address one of the most critical sealing points in equipment exposed to dust and moisture: under bolt heads and threaded connections.
Our design combines a rectangular-section metal ring with a bonded and vulcanized trapezoidal rubber sealing element. A thin locating membrane ensures accurate centering during assembly.
This architecture provides simultaneous resistance to pressure and vibration, making it particularly well suited to power tools operating under intensive duty cycles.
