Our Sealing Solutions
O-Rings
O-rings are used across all fixed interfaces in compressors and pumps, from hydraulic connections to gearbox housings. Their circular design minimizes the risk of installation errors while ensuring reliable, repeatable sealing performance.
As the seal is compressed, its cross-section progressively deforms to optimize sealing efficiency. We offer a broad range of elastomer families and hardness grades, enabling precise selection according to the compression loads and operating conditions of each application.
Metal-Bonded Sealing Washers
Metal-bonded sealing washers address one of the most critical sealing points in heavily loaded systems: under bolt heads and threaded connections.
Our design combines a rectangular-section metal ring with a trapezoidal rubber sealing element that is bonded and vulcanized in place. A thin locating membrane ensures accurate positioning during assembly.
This architecture delivers excellent resistance to both pressure and vibration, making it particularly well suited to compressors and pumps operating continuously under demanding service conditions.
