Acoustics and vibration

for Construction equipments

Your Equipment Faces More Than Just Vibration

Excavators, loaders, and concrete mixers do not generate the smooth, continuous vibrations of a well-balanced engine. Instead, they are subjected to sudden, irregular impacts, from a bucket striking the ground to a boom reaching its end stop under load. Mounts designed to absorb steady vibration are not engineered to withstand these severe shocks. Over time, they can tear, deform, or compress far sooner than solutions specifically developed to endure repeated impact loading.

Our Acoustic and Vibration Isolation Solutions

Mounts for Heavy-Duty Vehicles

Our heavy-duty mounts are engineered from the outset to withstand the harsh conditions of off-road applications. Available in five size ranges and twenty-five load ratings, they support loads exceeding two tons per isolator. Their low-profile design preserves ground clearance, a critical parameter that construction equipment engineers cannot compromise.

The standard elastomer compound provides excellent resistance to oils and solvents. Specialized versions are also available for the most demanding environments. An additional damping washer ensures consistent static and dynamic performance, particularly when equipment is exposed to severe impacts that could temporarily lift it away from its mounting point.

Cab and Powertrain Mounts

Every subsystem within a machine presents unique isolation requirements. Our cab isolators reduce the interior noise perceived by operators while minimizing the vibrations transmitted through the steering wheel and seat. Our engine mounts isolate vibrations generated by the powertrain before they can propagate through the chassis.

Because these functions address different operational challenges, they require tailored stiffness characteristics to achieve optimal performance.

Engineering-Led Sizing and Selection

Selecting a mount directly from a catalog is one of the most common causes of underperforming or oversized isolation systems. We distinguish between shock and vibration, two fundamentally different physical phenomena that require separate analysis.

Our engineers match your equipment data with your targeted input and output performance requirements to identify the most effective solution. This approach helps eliminate costly corrective testing and modifications after commissioning, reducing development time and improving overall system reliability.
