Precision sealing
for Agriculture Equipment
Hydraulic Connections Are Critical Failure Points
Mounted agricultural equipment relies on numerous hydraulic fittings and hoses that are routinely disconnected and reconnected throughout the seasons. Every bolt head and banjo fitting can become a potential leak point, exposed to pressure fluctuations generated by every machine operation.
An oil leak in the middle of a field costs far more than the component that caused it. Reliability at every connection point is essential to maintaining productivity and avoiding costly downtime.

Our Sealing Solutions
Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Seals for Hydraulic Fittings
This product family is particularly well suited to the challenges of mounted agricultural equipment. We have developed sealing rings engineered to withstand pressure and vibration simultaneously, even under severe temperature conditions, while preserving assembly integrity.
The design combines a rectangular-section metal ring with a trapezoidal rubber sealing element that is bonded and vulcanized to the metal insert. A thin retaining membrane ensures accurate centering during installation.
These seals are primarily used under bolt and screw heads, as well as in banjo and pipe fittings, precisely where hydraulic systems are most exposed to leakage risks.
The range is available in both self-centering and non-self-centering versions, including stainless steel options. We also offer a thin-profile version for axial sealing applications.
O-Rings and Specialized Seal Profiles
O-rings remain the most widely used sealing solution for static assemblies. We offer them in a broad range of elastomer materials, enabling the same geometric design to be used across a variety of applications and fluid types.
When dynamic performance becomes a critical requirement, we recommend quad rings. Their four-lobe profile delivers improved friction behavior and sealing stability compared with conventional circular-section seals.
Dynamic Sealing Solutions
Hydraulic cylinders and rotating shafts present different sealing challenges, as the sealing lip operates in continuous contact and friction. Our shaft seals are available in a wide range of designs, combined with specialized material formulations to meet demanding operating conditions.
Diaphragms complete this portfolio by enabling pressure transfer between two chambers. When required by the application, they can be reinforced with fabric or metal inserts to provide enhanced mechanical performance and durability.
