Equipment Mounts and Isolation Pads
Equipment mounts and isolation pads provide the most effective way to decouple a component from its supporting structure. The solution is based on an elastomer element positioned between two metal inserts, with stiffness precisely tailored to the actual load and the frequencies that need to be filtered.
These solutions are equally suited to suspending a transmission housing or isolating an electronic enclosure from the rest of the machine. We also customize the external interface to match your installation requirements, eliminating the need to redesign supports to accommodate standard components.
Elastic Bushings
Elastic bushings replace conventional mechanical joints in oscillating or pivoting movements with limited angular travel, making them particularly well suited to lift arms and gauge wheels.
They consist of a pre-compressed elastomer ring positioned between two cylindrical sleeves. Their key advantage is operational reliability, as they eliminate the need for periodic lubrication, reducing maintenance requirements on equipment that already demands regular servicing.
Flexible Couplings
Whenever power is transmitted through a shaft, torque management becomes a critical consideration. Flexible couplings transfer motion from the driving shaft to the driven shaft while absorbing torque fluctuations and irregularities.
They also shift critical speeds outside the operating range of your equipment, a function that becomes essential when the system itself is mounted on elastic supports.

Airborne noise generated by shredders, fans, and similar equipment must be addressed at the source. Our acoustic insulation systems reduce noise through partial or full enclosure solutions that combine sound insulation, sound absorption, and damping technologies.
