Precision sealing
for Industrial laundry
Every Water Leak Comes at a Cost, Cycle After Cycle
Industrial washing machines continuously circulate water and detergents through a wide range of connections, all of which must remain perfectly sealed. Even a minor leak results in the loss of water and cleaning agents during every wash cycle.
The challenge becomes even greater over time. Repeated drum vibrations during spin cycles place constant stress on connection points, gradually weakening the most exposed areas and increasing the risk of leakage.

Our Sealing Solutions
O-Rings
O-rings are used throughout your machine's static sealing interfaces, from water inlet connections to drum housings. Their circular design minimizes assembly errors, while the controlled deformation of the sealing section under compression ensures reliable sealing performance.
We offer a broad range of elastomer materials and hardness grades to match the compression requirements of each assembly.
Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Seals
These seals address one of the most critical points in highly stressed fluid systems: sealing beneath bolt heads and within threaded connections.
Our design combines a rectangular-section metal washer with a bonded and vulcanized trapezoidal rubber sealing element. A thin centering membrane ensures accurate positioning during assembly.
This construction provides simultaneous resistance to pressure and vibration, making it particularly well suited to the operating conditions of continuously cycling industrial laundry equipment.
