Thermal Management and Fluid Transfer
for Marine engines
Your Engine Hoses Must Withstand Both Extreme Heat and Aggressive Fluids
Marine engines simultaneously circulate seawater and fuel while also handling hydraulic oil and coolant, often just a few centimetres from the exhaust manifold. Every hose must withstand this combination of aggressive media and intense heat. A hose that is not specifically engineered for these conditions can fail well before its expected service life, creating a serious fire risk.

Our Fluid Transfer Solutions
Hose for Seawater and Fuel Systems
This hose is designed to transport seawater and fuels throughout your engine systems. It is also suitable for hydraulic oils and cooling fluids and carries certification from a recognized marine classification society.
Under this certification, it provides fire resistance for 30 minutes at 800°C. It also withstands temperatures of 1,090°C for up to 5 minutes under an additional aerospace-standard fire test.
The hose operates across a temperature range of -45°C to +110°C, with intermittent peaks up to 130°C.
High-Temperature Metallic Flexible Hose
Designed for installation near engines and in the hottest areas of the vessel, this metallic flexible hose is particularly suited to hot-air extraction and de-icing systems.
Its corrugated metal construction withstands continuous temperatures of 400°C, with peak exposure up to 650°C.
It is also qualified to corrosion-resistance and thermal-shock standards, with an optional fire-resistant version capable of withstanding 15 minutes of pressurized fire exposure.
