Fire and Vibration Put Your Compressed Air Networks at Risk

A fire spreading along a compressed-air line can severely damage an installation within minutes. At the same time, piping systems must remain securely supported to prevent vibration-induced contact with the surrounding structure, which can accelerate wear and reduce service life.

Meeting both fire-resistance and mechanical stability requirements is essential to ensuring the safety, reliability, and longevity of your installation.

Our Protection and Fastening Solutions

Fire Protection Sleeve

This solution combines high-temperature silicone rubber with a glass-fiber braid in a lightweight construction only 1 mm thick, making it easy to install on existing piping and ductwork.

Rated to withstand 15 minutes at 1,100°C on braided metal hoses in accordance with ISO 2685, it helps limit fire propagation and protects the most critical circuits within your installation.

Mounting Clamps

Our mounting clamps secure compressed-air lines using an integrated lining that absorbs vibrations transmitted through the piping system.

Fully interchangeable with DIN 3016 standard clamps, they can be integrated into most existing installations without requiring design modifications. Available with a range of lining materials, they can be tailored to the temperature requirements and environmental conditions of each application.
