Acoustics and vibration
for Hydrogen power
Your Electrolyzer Is Subjected to Vibration During Every Compression Cycle
An electrolyzer consists of hundreds of cells operating under high pressure. Surrounding pumps and compressors generate continuous vibrations that can propagate throughout the installation, reaching the seals within the cell stack itself. Already exposed to demanding pressure and temperature conditions, these seals can experience accelerated wear if the system is not properly isolated from vibration.

Our Acoustic and Vibration Isolation Solutions
Elastomer Anti-Vibration Mounts
Elastomer mounts are the most widely used solution for isolating compressors and pumps from their supporting structures.
Rather than relying on generic designs, we tailor elastomer stiffness to the actual load of each piece of equipment. In hydrogen installations, effective vibration control is particularly important, as excessive vibration can increase the risk of leakage in systems already operating under high pressure.
Acoustic Foams
Airborne noise is most effectively controlled at its source rather than through equipment supports alone.
Our acoustic insulation systems combine sound insulation, sound absorption, and damping technologies to reduce noise emissions and improve operating conditions. Available in partial or full enclosure configurations, they provide effective acoustic treatment while maintaining access to equipment for operation and maintenance.
