Thermal Management and Fluid Transfer
for Mining & Quarrying Vehicles
Your Hydraulic and Cooling Systems Run Continuously
The diesel engine powering your haul truck generates significant heat that must be dissipated continuously to prevent overheating. At the same time, hydraulic circuits are subjected to pressure pulses every time the vehicle steers or raises its dump body. These two systems, one dedicated to cooling and the other to hydraulic power transmission, must perform reliably throughout operating cycles that rarely stop.

Our Fluid Transfer and Thermal Management Solutions
Low-Pressure Hoses
We offer a range of low-pressure hoses designed according to the medium being transported, as a hose intended for fuel service is not necessarily suitable for compressed air applications.
Certain constructions combine a nitrile inner tube, textile reinforcement, and a polychloroprene cover, making them particularly suited to fuel and coolant circuits.
Other versions are specifically designed for permanent immersion in fuel, making them ideal for hoses installed inside fuel tanks. These hoses operate across a temperature range from -55°C to +110°C, with peak resistance exceeding +130°C.
Medium-Pressure Hoses
For the most demanding hydraulic and hydro-pneumatic systems, we reinforce hose construction with a nitrile tube, dual textile braids, and a metallic braid. This architecture delivers the mechanical strength required for extreme operating conditions.
We particularly recommend these solutions for systems exposed to continuous pressure pulses and vibration, two conditions that are inherent to loaded haul truck operations.
Insulating Sleeves and Foam Solutions
Electrical cables and cooling circuits often pass through areas where engine heat is widely dispersed. Our cellular rubber sleeves provide both thermal and acoustic insulation while also protecting components against abrasion, wear, and impact damage.
Their exceptionally low thermal conductivity helps improve system protection and efficiency. These materials maintain their performance across a temperature range from -50°C to +150°C.
Available in a variety of elastomer formulations and diameters, our solutions can be customized to match the exact requirements of your cable routing and fluid transfer systems.
