Our Sealing Solutions
O-Rings
O-rings are used throughout the fixed sealing interfaces of your equipment, from hydraulic system connections to gearbox housings. Their circular design minimizes the risk of installation errors, while the controlled deformation of the seal cross-section under compression optimizes sealing performance.
We offer a wide range of elastomer families and hardness grades, allowing each solution to be tailored to the compression loads and operating conditions of your application.
Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Seals
These seals address one of the most critical sealing challenges in heavily loaded hydraulic systems: maintaining a reliable seal beneath bolt heads and within threaded fittings.
Our design combines a rectangular-section metal washer with a bonded and vulcanized trapezoidal rubber sealing element. A thin centering membrane ensures accurate positioning during assembly.
This construction delivers excellent resistance to both pressure and vibration, making it particularly well suited to suspension and steering circuits operating under severe conditions.
Rotary Shaft and Connector Seals
Our seals provide reliable sealing for rotating and reciprocating shafts across a wide temperature range while keeping lubricants securely contained within the mechanism.
Wheel bearings and belt tensioners share the same requirement for dynamic sealing performance, and these seals address both applications through a proven design platform. Available in a broad range of materials, from EPDM to FKM, they can be selected according to operating temperature, fluid compatibility, and environmental requirements.
