Sealing Performance: The First Line of Defense for Your Equipment
Garden equipment operates in demanding environments exposed to dust, moisture, and plant debris. Contaminants can gradually penetrate critical components without causing immediate failure. Over time, infiltration reaches mechanical systems and eventually results in warranty claims that are often disconnected from their original cause.
Yet this is precisely where the service life promised to your customers is determined.

Our Sealing Solutions
Static Sealing
Static sealing solutions are used wherever two components remain fixed relative to one another, representing the vast majority of sealing interfaces within a machine.
O-rings remain the industry benchmark and are available in a wide range of elastomer materials to meet specific pressure, temperature, and operating requirements.
We also address more specialized sealing needs. Bonded seals for threaded fittings combine a metal insert with an elastomer sealing lip to provide reliable sealing performance. For more complex component geometries, overmolded gaskets offer an effective alternative when conventional seals are not suitable.
Dynamic Sealing
Dynamic sealing presents a different challenge, as the sealing lip operates under continuous friction. Our rotary shaft seals are available in a wide range of designs, selected according to the rotational speed, pressure, and operating conditions of your transmission system.
For linear motion applications, protective bellows and diaphragms provide reliable sealing while accommodating repeated movement.
Material Selection
Material choice is often the most critical factor in sealing performance, which is why we work closely with your engineering teams to identify the most suitable solution.
NBR and EPDM compounds meet the requirements of many standard garden equipment applications. When components are exposed to oils or fuels, we typically recommend low-temperature FKM or HNBR compounds. These materials are also preferred for equipment operating in severe cold conditions where maintaining sealing performance at low temperatures is essential.
