Thermal Management and Fluid Transfer
for Passenger trains
Your HVAC System Must Deliver Consistent Comfort Throughout the Journey
The HVAC system in your passenger coaches must maintain a stable temperature year-round, across routes that pass through different climate zones. Every hose within the system must withstand significant temperature variations without compromising performance. Failure to do so can allow hot or cold outside air to affect cabin conditions and passenger comfort.
Continuous vibration adds another challenge, placing additional stress on poorly designed connections and reducing long-term system reliability.

Our Fluid Transfer Solutions
High-Temperature Low-Pressure Hose
This hose complies with SNCF MCT 10 6000 357 Class 2, ensuring conformity with the requirements of the French rail industry.
It offers excellent resistance to oils and diesel fuel, combined with strong mechanical performance under bending loads. It also withstands exposure to ozone and water, two constant challenges for rolling stock operating in all weather conditions.
Designed for continuous operation from -20°C to +130°C, it can withstand temperature peaks of up to 150°C.
Cellular Hoses and Foam Insulation Solutions
Our cellular hoses and foam insulation solutions combine thermal and acoustic insulation with mechanical protection for the systems they surround.
Each solution is custom-engineered using a range of elastomer materials and diameters to match the exact configuration of your passenger coaches.
These products complement our hose solutions in areas where passenger thermal comfort is a priority, helping maintain a quiet, comfortable, and consistent onboard environment throughout the journey.
