Thermal Management and Fluid Transfer
for Passenger Metro
Your Ventilation System Removes Heat from the Tunnel Environment
Your ventilation system must extract the heat that accumulates within tunnels, a confined environment where temperatures can rise rapidly during peak operating periods. Every hose and duct within this system must withstand these thermal loads over the long term on networks that operate almost continuously.
Continuous vibration further increases the challenge, gradually weakening poorly designed connections and potentially causing leaks in circuits that are expected to remain fully sealed under all operating conditions.

Our Fluid Transfer Solutions
High-Temperature Low-Pressure Hose
This hose complies with SNCF specification MCT 10 6000 357 Class 2, ensuring conformity with the requirements of the French rail industry.
It offers excellent resistance to oils and diesel fuel, together with strong mechanical performance under bending loads. It also withstands exposure to ozone and water, two constant challenges in rail networks operating within humid underground environments.
The hose is designed for continuous operation from -20°C to +130°C, with peak temperature resistance up to 150°C.
Cellular Hoses and Foam Insulation Solutions
Our cellular hoses and foam insulation solutions provide both acoustic and thermal insulation while protecting the systems they surround from mechanical stress and damage.
Each solution is custom-engineered using a range of elastomer materials and diameters to match the exact requirements of your rolling stock configuration.
These products complement our hose solutions in the areas of the train most exposed to tunnel heat, helping maintain system reliability, passenger comfort, and long-term operational performance.
