Thermal Management and Fluid Transfer

for Construction Vehicles

Your Hydraulic Systems Absorb Every Blade Movement

The diesel engines powering bulldozers and graders generate intense heat during extended earthmoving operations. Hoses routed near the engine block must withstand continuous thermal exposure without compromising performance. Elsewhere on the machine, the hydraulic circuits controlling blades and buckets face repeated pressure spikes every time the operator makes an adjustment.

These two systems, one exposed to extreme heat and the other to constant pressure shocks, must deliver reliable performance throughout long working days in demanding jobsite conditions.

Our Fluid Transfer and Circuit Protection Solutions

Low-Pressure Hoses

Our low-pressure hose range is engineered according to the fluid being transported, as a hose designed for fuel applications may not be suitable for compressed air or other media.

Certain constructions combine a nitrile inner tube, textile reinforcement, and a polychloroprene cover, making them particularly well suited to fuel and coolant circuits. These hoses operate across a temperature range from -55°C to +110°C, with peak resistance exceeding +130°C, providing valuable thermal margin for year-round construction operations.

Medium-Pressure Hoses

For highly demanding hydraulic systems, we reinforce hose construction with a nitrile tube and metallic braid reinforcement. This architecture delivers reliable performance under severe operating conditions, with working pressures of up to 210 bar depending on hose diameter.

We specifically recommend these solutions for systems exposed to pressure pulsations and vibration, conditions that are inherent to blade and bucket actuation systems.

Protective Bellows and Diaphragms

Blade cylinders incorporate rods that move continuously while being exposed to dust, debris, and harsh environmental conditions. Our protective bellows shield these critical components while accommodating movement without creating significant resistance.

Our diaphragm solutions complement this protection by enabling pressure transfer between chambers while maintaining system integrity. Textile or metallic reinforcements can be incorporated when operating conditions require enhanced mechanical performance and durability.
