Thermal Management and Fluid Transfer
for Agriculture & Forestry Vehicles
Your Fluid Systems Keep the Machine Running
Fuel and hydraulic oil circulate continuously throughout your vehicles, often just centimeters away from a hot engine. Each fluid imposes its own chemical constraints on the materials that carry it. Pressure pulses and constant vibrations also place significant stress on poorly specified hose assemblies.
When a hydraulic leak occurs in the field, the result is often immediate machine downtime.

Our Fluid Transfer and Thermal Management Solutions
Low-Pressure Hoses
This product family is engineered according to the medium being transported, as a hose suitable for fuel applications may not be appropriate for compressed air systems.
Certain constructions combine a nitrile inner tube with a polychloroprene outer cover, making them well suited to fuel and coolant transfer. Other versions are specifically designed for permanent fuel immersion, making them ideal for hoses installed inside fuel tanks.
We also provide dedicated solutions for compressed air and specialized water circuits. Depending on the construction, these hoses operate from temperatures as low as -55°C to above +110°C, with peak resistance exceeding +130°C.
Medium-Pressure Hoses
For demanding hydraulic and hydro-pneumatic systems, we use reinforced hose constructions. A nitrile inner tube is combined with two textile braids and a steel reinforcement braid, providing the durability required for severe operating conditions.
We particularly recommend these solutions for systems exposed to continuous pressure pulsations and vibration, two conditions commonly encountered in working agricultural vehicles.
Air Ducts and Insulating Sleeves
Air management requires a different approach than pressurized fluid transfer. Our thermoformed cellular-material air ducts weigh less than half the weight of an equivalent rigid solution while delivering effective thermal and acoustic insulation.
Their flexibility also simplifies vehicle assembly and installation. Complementing these systems, our cellular rubber sleeves combine thermal and acoustic insulation with mechanical protection against wear, abrasion, and impact, providing a comprehensive solution for demanding operating environments.
